30-day returns
We want you to love your NOVAIRE lights. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- Please include your order number.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us, because returns sent without instructions can't be processed.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your light arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
