Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
$8 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $70.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Our lights ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement after the label is created.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to change an address once an order has shipped, and we're not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
