Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
- $8 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $70.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Our pieces come from specialty makers and warehouses, so delivery times can vary, especially during holidays and peak seasons.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.
Delays and lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us through our Contact page. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't change an address once an order has shipped.
